Although he was full of cold on the day we met, Steve the landlord could not have been more welcoming! He showed me the stunning function room which I hadn't even known existed.....so I took a sneaky pic for you:

I do think this is going to be the perfect venue, It's a really 'proper pub' with a real mix of followers and local ales and ciders on tap.
On The Beehive website it says: Now rated one of the one of the TOP 6 REAL ALE pubs in Cheltenham, it offers a wide range of locally-sourced real ales. These Include favourites from Cotswold Lion and Prescott Brewery both of which are based here in Cheltenham. It also features ciders from Westons at Much Marcle in Hereford, Aspalls from Suffolk and has added draught Cornish Rattler from Healeys Farm in Cornwall.
In addition, you can choose from a ever changing selection of wines, all available by the glass and by the bottle, something suitable for everybody's palette.
